Dallas ISD's Library Redesign Initiative 

Project READ is Dallas ISD's library redesign initiative. This redesign incorporates 4 different zones (Research, Exploration, Application, and Design) that utilize the library space to expand students' interests into the arts and design, deepen their knowledge of coding, hone their speaking and presentation skills using digital broadcasts, or increase their critical thinking skills through research and collaboration. 

Project READ is enhancing the services and experiences offered in addition to storytime, information literacy skills, independent research, book fairs, and reading events.
